MicrochipDIRECT provides a full turn-key solution with the ability to purchase your PIC microcontrollers programmed with your own application code.

The process is simple. Once you upload your application code into your secure FTP account, place your PIC microcontroller order through microchipDIRECT, apply the appropriate code to your order and Microchip does the rest.

This overview defines the steps necessary to successfully utilize Microchip’s Production Programming Service.

Step 6 – Place a Verification Order

The Microchip Programming Center allows you to create projects, upload code, and place verification orders to ensure your code works as you expect. Once you have verified your code works as expected, you will be able to order parts online via microchipDIRECT and have your code added to your purchased parts by the Microchip Team.
